Cook - Pop Restaurants, LLC

Primary Responsibilities:

Completes all assigned prep work and sets up cook's station. Maintains product presentations, product quality and cook time standards. Prepares all menu items according to Popeye's Recipes, Presentations and specifications.

Essential Functions and Duties:

1. Prepares menu items according to Popeye's Recipes, Presentations and specifications

2. Completes all assigned prep work

3. Sets up workstation according to station diagram

4. Practices sanitary and safe food handling at all times

5. Temps all food items per Popeye's specifications

6. Cleans and sanitizes the work area before, during and after shift

7. Completes assigned daily and weekly cleaning projects

8. All other job duties assigned by a manager to ensure the effective and orderly operations of the restaurant

9. Follow all food safety per Popeye's training program and health department

Qualification Standards

1. Able to place utensils, pans and cases on high and low shelves

2. Reading, writing and verbal communication skills required

3. Mobility required during the entire shift

4. Transports cases up to 50 pounds up to 20+ times per day

5. Able to respond in emergency situations to avoid imminent dangers to self

and others
