2-3 years of experience in a professional kitchen with experience as a Grill & Sautee Cook
Ability to cook various meats to temperature.
Strong work ethic, strong sense of urgency, and responsibility
Ability to maintain a clean work space in a fast-paced environment
High standards of cleanliness, organization, and attention to detail
Professional with colleagues and strong communication skills
Self-driven and curious with a
passion for hospitality and culinary arts
Being proactive is a must, as is the ability to maturely receive feedback and directions
