This position involves scratch cooking, preparing salads, sauces, side dishes and entrees for different course menus, and slicing vegetables, meat and other ingredients.

Qualifications

Required:

• High School graduate or equivalent.
• Quality Cooking Required
• Must have knowledge of food production techniques, equipment operation and recipe measurement. 
•  Must be able to follow written and verbal directions and convert recipes to quantity requirements.
• IDPH Food Service Sanitation Certificate required. 

Preferred:

• Culinary Arts degree preferred.
