About the Job
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in setting up the kitchen and preparation stations to ensure smooth daily operations and successful catering events.
- Skillfully prepare components of each dish by chopping vegetables, cutting meats, and preparing sauces with precision.
- Follow instructions from the Executive/Head Chef, particularly for catered events where presentation is key.
- Maintain the highest standards in food preparation, storage, and safety.
- Take pride in plate presentation, ensuring dishes are visually appealing for both restaurant service and catered events.
- Support in maintaining a clean kitchen environment, managing leftovers, and keeping prep areas tidy.
- Cook menu items with the assistance and collaboration of the kitchen staff, ensuring quality and consistency across all dining experiences.

TPC Jasna Polana
A historic private club near Princeton University and a stunning American legacy property. A 222-acre, upscale private golf club and mansion, the Club features an 18-hole golf course designed by Gary Player. It is considered “one of the most coveted private club memberships” and “among the top private golf courses in New Jersey.” Player reportedly once described Jasna Polana as “the finest course of its type” in the world.
The club also offers a 3.5-acre practice facility, with a 60,000 sq. ft. practice tee, four putting greens, practice bunkers, event spaces, tennis, gardens featuring a reflecting pool, 2 private lodges and over 100 works of rare fine art.
