Cook - KFC

We are looking for cooks in a fast paced atmosphere where teamwork is a must.. You will be required to follow procedures for cooking and prepping products. Keeping up with cleaning and sanitation of kitchen areas. Some duties required are taking out of garbage, filtering fryers, cleaning fryers, prepping ingredients, dishes, rotation of product, cleanings tables, scrubbing floors. Pay is based on availability, dependability, and work performance. We have incentatives programs and starting pay from 11 to 15+

Requirements:

• Prior experience as a cook is a plus.
• Must be skilled in various cooking techniques.
• Must know and follow sanitation procedures.
• Must showcase teamwork and communication skills.
• Must showcase great organizational skills.
• Must be able to multitask and act quickly.
• Must be 16 years old and above.
• Must be available to work weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities:

• Maintaining a sanitized and well-organized kitchen.
• Preparing workstations for cooking.
• Preparing and maintaining kitchen equipment.
• Checking the quality of the ingredients.
• Preparing cooking ingredients using various techniques.
• Cooking food using various culinary techniques.
• Arranging food and ensuring appealing presentation.
• Manage food storage, stock, and ingredient orders.
