Cook Supervisor- Nursing Home West Chester Area 

Full Time every other weekend

11:00 Am to 7:30 Pm

$16-$19 an hour

ServeSafe is a plus but not required.

·         Use standard recipes, prepare main entrée, starch, vegetable, soup and all other food items for resident meal, while maintaining optimal nutrition value.

·         Use menu extension and census to prepare food in proper quantities and proper consistencies.

·         Serve food from steam table or tray line while maintaining high standards of appearance.

·         Maintain high standards of sanitation

·         Maintain high standards of safety

·         Supervise the dining services staff when supervisor, assistant dining service director or director is not present.

·         Completes all other task as assigned.

·         Able to make responsible choices and decisions, and act in the resident best interest.
