We are looking for an experienced part-time evening Cook in our Dietary Department

The candidate must posses the following job description:

• Ability to work as team player in a professional manner.
• Cook menu items in cooperation with the rest of the kitchen staff
• Answer, report and follow the food service director
• Be knowlegable to understand the production sheets and diets
• Preferred knowledge of diet textures such as chop, ground and purees. Will train if needed
• Ensure that food comes out simultaneously in high quality and in timely fashion
• Comply with nutrition,sanitation regulations and safety standards
• Maintain positive and professional approach with co workers and customers
• Proven experience, excellent understanding of various cooking methods, ingredients, equipment and procedures
• preferred Serv Safe.
