Description
The CPD coordinator is responsible for tracking, updating, and ensuring execution of processes and procedures for CPD’s software system and ancillary clinics. Collaborate with OR team leads, assistant managers and manager for updates and completion of sets within software system. Acts as the point of contact person for ancillary updates, instrumentation questions and assistance. Collaborates with leaders within the MHC system for instrumentation questions and concerns. Organizes and updates educational materials under the direction of CPD manager.

What’s Required:
- Certification as a Sterile Processing Technician is required.
- Two or more years in Central Processing is required.
- Proficiency in developing and presenting educational training materials is required.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills is required.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and multitask.
- Prioritize work and meet project deadlines.
- Exceptional organizational skills demonstrated ability to coordinate events and staff activities.
- Demonstrated ability to work cooperatively with a range of health care professionals.
- Must be able to effectively handle sensitive and high stress situations; exercises a high degree of confidentiality, diplomacy, and discretion.
