Overview:As a member of our Global Partnerships team, the Coordinator of Global Partnerships will be responsible for helping support to drive new business development. This position will be work hand in hand with the Manager of Brand Consulting and Solutions on the Global Partnerships team to help conduct research, build sponsorship strategy, support across our entire team, and cultivate brand side relationships to assist in bringing value and profitability to OVG across all OVG’s various verticals as needed. We are looking for hard-working, driven, eager, creative individuals who have a passion for sports and entertainment.
This role will pay a yearly salary of $24.04 to $28.85

Responsibilities:- Closely partner with Sales, Data and Analytics, Creative Services, and Partnership Activation teams to develop ideas, platforms and partnership packages designed to arm the sales team with innovative and differentiating ideas for prospective partners.
- Create collateral in keynote, including brand pitches, property overview decks, partnership recaps, case studies, and one-sheeters.
- Build data-driven stories by analyzing results and identifying key metrics
- Participate in brainstorming sessions to create partnership platforms that excite fans and authentically convey a brand’s message.
- Track and manage projects throughout the process to completion: in development, with creative for design, completed, awaiting client feedback, and needing revisions, as well as track any generated revenue for the team.
- Continuously update team organizational tools to ensure resources are accessible and efficiently leveraged by sales.
- Lead internal status meetings by managing internal project management tools in Smartsheet.
- Help develop, refine, and deploy creative talents through marketing analysis to build a story to bring the brand to life through our properties/partnerships.
- Collaborate with the Creative Services team to provide creative direction in developing sales presentations and resources for the purpose of revenue generation.
- Support across the Brand Consulting team on administrative and coordination tasks to keep the group organized.
- Help manage external brand relationships and develop account management experience to execute various brands’ sponsorship strategies.
- Grow and establish comfort in communicating with brand clients and other key stakeholders outside of OVG.
- Collaborate with the core OVG verticals: Owned and Operated, OVG360 Managed Facilities, National Sales, 3rd Party, Media and Conferences, and other Global Partnerships teams (and arenas as needed) to finalize asset packages with each property as deals move to the negotiation stage.
- Operate as an internal agency and resource for the Brand Consulting team as well as the overall Global Partnerships team by directing to find key resources
- Help manage a Partnership Solutions vertical within OVG’s portfolio.
- Other duties as assigned.
Education and/or Experience
- Bachelor’s degree required.
- 1-4 years of professional sponsorship experience in a high-performance sales environment; Sports, Entertainment and/or Arena Industry experience preferred.
Knowledge/Skills/Abilities
- Self-motivated and proactive with the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
- Must be dynamic, forward-thinking, extremely analytical and well organized.
- Must have strong strategic thinking, storytelling, and planning skills.
- Strong natural selling skills with proven experience in pitch and strategic positioning.
- Strong Microsoft Office skills (Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, Word); Familiarity with building visual decks in Keynote; Adobe Creative Cloud suite (InDesign, Photoshop, etc.) experience a plus.
- Familiarity with Salesforce and Kore
- Must possess problem solving capabilities to address and resolve issues that face a growing enterprise. When necessary, this candidate will be a strong and effective negotiator, comfortable in both complex negotiations as well as sophisticated business situations.
- Must be comfortable engaging in a variety of different communicative modes (verbal, non- verbal, and written) and being attuned to others through strong active listening skills.
- Must produce results and be bottom-line oriented yet will possess sensitivity towards people and values.
- Professional manners, attitude and communication skills as well as the ability to work with others are required.
- Strong understanding of / or experience with programs integrating social or digital media preferred.
- Familiarity with the standard demographic research & analytics tools (i.e.- Scarborough, Repucom, YouGov, etc.) and ability to derive insights from the data.
- Must have high level of interpersonal skills to handle sensitive and confidential situations and information.
