About the Job
THE ROLE:
Herbalife is seeking an upbeat, detailed Corporate Communications Coordinator to support and assist in the implementation of projects across communications platforms including media relations, social media, internal communications, executive communications and thought leadership. The ideal candidate for this role will understand the importance of storytelling, have strong writing and editing skills, and experience with numerous technology platforms.
HOW YOU WOULD CONTRIBUTE:
• Assist and support Corporate Communications teams including media relations, social media, executive communications, corporate social responsibility, and internal communications.
• Project-manage communications priorities and deadlines to ensure that the team operates efficiently and effectively. Organize and track project workflow.
• Provide support for Corporate Communications technology platforms for website, intranet, press release and media alert distribution, social media and media relations tracking, global town hall broadcasts and employee email distribution.
• Track media clips and run reports. Maintain editorial calendars, press release pipelines, media lists, and coverage databases.
• Assist with internal and external events.
• Take notes at meetings, develop meeting notes and coordinate meeting action items.

SKILLS AND BACKGROUND REQUIRED TO BE SUCCESSFUL:
• 3+ years of relevant experience in communications function.
• Excellent interpersonal, organizational and verbal/written communication skills.
• Ability to proofread and edit materials; knowledge of AP style.
• Strong technical skills with the ability to develop proficiency in specific software programs as required
• Proven organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize and track work, and set/meet deadlines.
• Working knowledge of communications KPIs across multiple platforms
• Self-motivated and reliable, with an ability to work independently and collaboratively within Corporate Communications and cross-functional team members.
• Service-oriented; ability to take direction and deliver results.
• Extremely detail oriented.

Education:
• BA degree Public Relations, Communications or related field preferred.
