About the Role:

We seek a detail-oriented and organized Closeout Coordinator to join our dynamic team. This role is crucial in ensuring the successful completion of projects by managing the final stages of project closure.

Responsibilities:

 * Project Coordination: Work closely with project managers to coordinate and track project closure activities.

 * Document Control: Maintain accurate and up-to-date project documentation, including permits, licenses, and as-built drawings.

 * Procurement and Inventory: Manage purchase orders /Invoices and optimize materials and equipment.

 * Financial Data Entry: Accurately input financial data into multiple systems, similar to  Oracle, SAP, and others.

 * Telecom Data Analysis: Analyze telecom information and plans to ensure compliance with project requirements.

 * OOM Management: Track and manage outstanding orders and materials.

Qualifications:

 * Strong organizational and time management skills

 * Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)

 * Experience with financial systems (Equal to Oracle, SAP, etc.)

 * Knowledge of the telecom industry and related documentation- advantage

 * Excellent attention to detail and accuracy

 * Ability to work independently and as part of a team
