Pay Range: $20-22/Hour on W2
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Data Reporting and Auditing- Verify data, research issues and update information regarding grandfathered benefit plans, quarterly tax reporting, recognition system updates, weekly backfill submissions, and ongoing reporting needs.
Support the management of the annual salary review process: distribute HR communications, audit data and make any needed updates, verify information with HR Strategists, review files for completeness, trainings, etc.
Maintain and update internal Compensation site materials and links
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS (Minimum):
Education:
Combination of education/experience, in a human resources environment preferred
Degree in Human Resources or related discipline preferred
Experience (Years/Type): 1+ years prior experience in the field of Human Resources/Compensation required
Skills: Knowledge of Human Resources (i.e. benefits, payroll, compensation) policies and procedures preferred
Strong analytical & problem-solving skills required
Strong proficiency in Excel and SAP
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite - Word, PowerPoint
MS SharePoint strongly preferred
