The Coordinator - Human Resources, Total Rewards is responsible for supporting tasks related to IEHP’s Human Resources Total Rewards unit which may include: support processes related to Workers’ Compensation, Ergonomics, Leave of Absence and accommodation programs including FMLA, CFRA, PDL, ADA, and other state leave programs; support of benefits administration and new hire processes and Team Member changes; support of compensation-related programs and processes Receive and promptly respond to incoming inquiries and prepare information for Human Resources team as needed. Provide day-to-day support to Team Members on Human Resources related matters. Manage various Human Resources projects, programs, and new initiatives to support Human Resources Total Rewards unit. This position will report to the Director, Human Resources, Total Rewards.

Education & Experience
- One (1) year of administrative/general office experience required
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution preferred

- Strong organizational skills
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Office products (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, etc.)

Pay Range:USD $23.98 - USD $30.57 /Hr.
