The Coordinator – IA is responsible for managing the U.S. franchise reimage pipeline through Gateway. Work closely with Franchise Management team, FMCDs and franchisees to build reimage pipeline through Brand Sustainability, JCPs, etc. This role will also be responsible for creating new build sites in SiteHub. The Coordinator – IA will need to provide superior customer service through effective communication and time management skills with a complete understanding of the IA program, policies, procedures and requirements.
This is an entry level position.
Responsibilities:- Daily communication with franchisees, Franchise Management and field FMCDs for reimage project verification detail (eg: a real project, architect on board, submitted for permit, construction start, reopen dates) to continually build and track the reimage pipeline.
- Create reimage projects in Gateway. Update and track the project’s 4 critical milestones, Project Completion Year, Notes and other required fields and see each project thru to completion. Complete Finance Only detail. Deactivate projects as needed.
- Ensure the reimage pipeline is current for month-end reporting/dashboards by regularly connecting with franchisees and FMCDs for the required detail to update in the system. Assist with the month-end reporting and compliance.
- Complete the FE Hierarchy request form for new reimage projects that need a current Facility Evaluation and notify 3rd party provider of new FE requests. Confirm w/ franchisee they understand current FE program.
- Creating new site numbers to include address, restaurant type, ownership structure, etc in SiteHub. Work closely with Development Specialists to acquire all needed data.
Education: Associates Degree
Additional education information (major, etc.): Business Administration- Minimum 2 - 4 years of increasingly responsible executive administrative experience or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Strong interpersonal skills, excellent written and oral communications skills
- Possess excellent proficiencies of Microsoft Office Suite Software, including Outlook and Excel.
- Success managing input from multiple resources with strong attention to details
- Ability to work independently with minimal direction by understanding priorities; able to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.

The base pay range for this position is listed below. The base pay actually offered will take into account internal equity and budget for the open position and also may vary depending on the candidate’s job-related knowledge, skills, and experience, among other relevant factors. This range does not include an estimated value for any benefits, bonus, or other incentives that may be applicable based on position. * The target annual bonus for this role is 7.5% of annualized base salary, based on actual company and personal performance.
