• Preferable one years’ experience in television, music or entertainment field. A strong in interest in the convergence of digital new media, laws, regulation and creative solutions for advertising partners would be great. Previous relevant internship experience will also be considered
• High energy and inquisitive individual. We can teach the right candidate the basics as they learn on the job with the mutual goal of candidate seizing new opportunities as they arise once trained
• Proficient with Microsoft Suite, with an ability to learn proprietary software platforms
• Ability to work effectively on multiple tasks without constant supervision
• Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to interact professionally with various personality types
• Strong organization skills, verbal and written communication skills and attention to detail

The Ad Standards division has an exciting freelance opportunity to join a dynamic and collaborative team where you’ll be responsible for review and approval of adult-directed advertising across our U.S. Domestic properties on broadcast, cable, digital and streaming. Partner with the most highly regarded Sports brands in the world like NFL, NCAA, and PGA as you ensure advertising aligns with regulation, self-regulation and league requirements and obligations as well as Client Global values.
Responsibilities
You will be responsible for ensuring compliance with FTC and FCC laws, industry regulations and channel policies while supporting sales revenue and looking at creative with a critical but objective eye.
Our role is to help our clients get their visions on air while adhering to the above requirements.
Some topline responsibilities are:
1. Daily review of scripted and filmed advertising material, including substantiation and documentation of product claims, to ensure compliance with laws, self-regulatory bodies and brand policies as well taste considerations.
2. Serve as traffic coordinator for Client department ensuring all upcoming ads are reviewed by proper editors in a timely manner. Document, improve and question all processes & apply insights learned.
3. Build and foster good working relationships with our numerous internal & external partners; act as point of contact for department - looping in stakeholders, distributing deliverables, etc.
4. Assist with atypical review & traffic processes for special events, major Sports, CBSSN, digital & social platforms and more.
