Property Management Coordinator

Summary:
The job of the Property Management Coordinator is to provide daily support to property management companies to ensure pest control services are scheduled, inspected, and invoicing is completed in a timely manner.
Essential Functions:
- Organize workflow provided by multiple companies via emails and vendor portals.
- Schedule services within time constraints and resident availability.
- Identify conflicts in work orders and scheduling, working with companies to resolve.
- Give support to technicians in the field.
- Invoicing.
- Following up on yearly renewals.
- All other duties as assigned.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Proficient use in Microsoft Office programs with emphasis on Adobe and Outlook
- Ability to multi-task in a high-volume environment
- Excellent customer service skills
- Excellent time management skills & organizational skills
- Problem solving skills
- Pest Pac knowledge and experience in the pest control industry is a plus
- Ability to pass a drug screen and 7-year background check
- Legally able to work in the United States
Physical Requirements:
Must be able to meet the physical demands of a typical office environment - sitting and/or standing for long periods of time as well as possible light lifting to 20lbs on occasions. Additionally, repetitive movement of hands for long periods of time.
