As a Sales Administrator, you will be responsible for performing diversified administrative functions which are an instrumental part of the sales process.

Responsibilities:+ Obtain upgrades, buyouts and approvals for Account Executives.
+ Assist with data entry and order creation in Sherpa.
+ Assist the Sales & Administrative teams with commission processing and tracking.
+ Pull lease renewals and enter in Sherpa.
+ Assist Account Executives with lease document preparation.
+ Compile and maintain sales deal packets.
+ Send documents to clients for e-signature.
+ Provide design and creative support for social media posts, email blast campaigns, etc.
+ Maintain various trackers in Excel, furniture, equipment orders, ICT, etc.
+ Complete monthly meter reading reports for larger customers.
+ New account creation completion in Eauto.
+ Plan and organize York branch events.
Qualifications:Required:
+ High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED).
+ 1 to 3 years related experience.
+ Proficient with Excel spreadsheets, Adobe, Word, and Outlook.
+ Ability to work with all levels of management and our clients.
+ Strong organizational, problem-solving, and analytical skills; able to manage priorities and workflow.
+ Excellent computer skills, strong interpersonal, administrative and communication skills.
+ Experience with Office 365 programs, including Word, Excel, Outlook, and Team.
