Our Coordinators play a crucial role in supporting senior leadership in executing daily operations and ensuring team members are accountable for each component of Operational Excellence and our Recipe for Service. Their two main areas of focus are completing tasks to ensure the restaurant runs effectively and coaching/developing team members. Leaders in this role lead by example and set the tone for others to follow.

Coordinator Responsibilities:
- Participating operationally in day-to-day activities in high-volume, fast-paced Restaurant
- Offer immediate and respectful responses to Guest's needs
- Assist in training of new hires, set the tone for a shift, and act as a role model for our team
- Be a friendly, encouraging team player
- Open and/or close lead shifts, key holder
- Count drawers and finalize the day
- Excellent communication skills, both written and spoken

- Prior experience as shift lead, crew lead, supervisor, team lead, restaurant manager, or restaurant assistant manager is not required but is preferred.
Starting Salary: $22/hr + benefits
