Accountable for daily operations at a solo-person site, performing various contracted office services.
Responsibilities:
- Manage mail room, copy center, or scanning facility, operating office equipment (PCs, copiers, multifunction devices).
- Perform courier services, reception duties, switchboard operations, and shipping/receiving of mail.
- Maintain contact with the customer daily and implement RICOH Service Excellence programs.
- Ensure efficient operation of required equipment/software to meet service level agreements.
- Manage office supply inventory and coordinate conference room and A/V equipment.
- Collect and report data to leadership; complete monthly reports as needed.
- Maintain positive internal relationships and support facility-related tasks.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or GED required.
- 1+ years of experience in a related field (B2B/technical) and customer-facing roles.
- Knowledge of technology and tactical problem-solving skills.
- Basic customer service, technical aptitude, and written/verbal communication skills.
- Ability to present to small groups.
