The successful candidate will be responsible for managing all aspects of tax planning, compliance, and reporting for our diverse portfolio of clients. As a Tax Manager, your key responsibilities will include:
1. Overseeing and managing all tax compliance and preparation activities, ensuring adherence to local, state, and federal tax laws and regulations.

3. Preparing and reviewing complex tax returns for individuals, partnerships, corporations, and trusts.

Qualifications:
The ideal candidate for this role will possess the following qualifications:
1. A Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. A Master's degree or CPA designation is highly desirable.
2. A minimum of 5 years of experience in tax compliance and preparation, preferably within a managerial role.
3. Extensive knowledge of local, state, and federal tax laws and regulations.
4. Proficiency in tax software and other relevant financial systems.
5. Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex tax information and provide clear and concise advice to clients.
6. Strong leadership skills, with a proven track record of managing a high-performing team.
7. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
8. A strong commitment to ethical practice, ensuring the highest levels of integrity and professionalism in all tax-related activities.
