We are looking for a Copywriter, Brand Communications to help lead our efforts, help craft and maintain overall brand messaging. Distil brand initiatives and creative briefs, product features, sales promotions and more, into compelling marketing copy and stories that support the overarching brand and business objectives. Will also be responsible for writing engaging and brand-consistent copy that supports sales initiatives and promotions as well as product launches. Deliverables that the Copywriter will influence include, but are not limited to: brand guidelines, product messaging guides, consumer and trade-facing collateral, website content, sales support tools and communications that target the travel agent channel. This role will be within the Brand Communications team and will work closely with the internal Creative Services team to seamlessly blend copy with visual concepts.

Responsibilities
- Maintain and update copy for overarching brand initiatives – across multiple communications channels
- Copywriting for Sales support – includes sales tools and communications to travel agent channel
- Write copy to support product (brand and destination) messaging
- Maintain and update Brand Guidelines and Style Guide docs
- Creative input for special naming projects
- Write copy to support ongoing promotions
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of experience developing and writing advertising/marketing copy, either in a creative agency or in a corporate environment
- Bachelor’s Degree in English, Communications, Advertising, Marketing, Journalism or similar is preferred
- Creative thinker with outstanding writing skills and understanding of brand strategy basics
- Ability to write clear, concise and compelling copy that supports the brand and the ability to engage customers and prospects
- Self-starter, organized, ability to meet deadlines while managing multiple projects simultaneously
- Experience working independently as well as within a team working collaboratively to develop concepts to meet business needs
- Strong verbal communication skills, including ability to present work to colleagues and senior management
- Understanding of web user experience and writing for search engine optimization (SEO)
- Understand the differences necessary for impactful writing for either B-to-C or B-to-B communications
- Experience in travel, hospitality or cruise industry preferred
- Experience working within online project management system for tracking creative requests preferred
