Role Objective
Manages assigned Corporate Account divisions to maximize account's growth throughout the western US. Develops and manages account strategy and relationships within divisions in conjunction with GOJO leadership. Plans and administers sales policies and programs. Works cross-functionally with other GOJO workgroups including Pricing, Category Management, Marketing and other Sales groups to deliver expected growth.
Essential Functions and Responsibilities
Develops and manages assigned Corporate Account divisions
Manages to Account P&L
Manages trade development program (TDP) or distribution agreement
Sells large (end-user) National Account opportunities
Negotiates profitable contracts and relationships with end-user accounts
Proactively facilitates business reviews
Leverages distributor relationships in order to gain access to end user accounts
Leverages other business segment team (BST) resources and other GOJO groups
Works with cross-functional teams to develop business
Assumes responsibility for own training/development needs
Must be able to drive or fly to customer sites for regular business meetings

Education and Experience
BA/BS in management, business administration or related discipline preferred
Minimum three (3) to five (5) years' experience in JanSan trade, or similar trades, preferably with a focus on selling and managing Corporate & National Accounts
Supervision/Coordination
This role does not supervise other GOJO team members but does coordinate programs and sales-related field activities
Travel Requirements
Overnight Travel - 50% or greater - required
