Key Responsibilities:
Client Partnership: Cultivate strategic relationships with clients through a consultative approach, understanding their unique business needs, priorities, and strategies to deliver tailored solutions.
Main Point of Contact: Serve as the primary contact for our managed services clients, promptly addressing any concerns and ensuring a seamless IT experience.
Advocate for Client Requests: Act as an advocate for client requests, ensuring that the right internal teams are engaged to fulfill client needs promptly.
Sales Excellence: Exceed assigned sales and client retention goals by effectively managing sales and technical resources, closing business efficiently, and presenting compelling proposals.
Client Growth: Anticipate and address ongoing IT needs, ensuring our clients experience continuous satisfaction and value from our services.
️ Holistic Organizational Skills: Demonstrate exceptional organizational skills in managing all facets of client accounts, from technical needs to hardware requests, software licensing, and more, ensuring a clean and streamlined experience.
Proposal & Presentation Skills: Showcase proficiency in crafting compelling proposals and delivering engaging presentations, effectively communicating the value of our solutions.
Bridge Between Promise Makers and Promise Keepers: Act as a bridge between promise makers and promise keepers, ensuring seamless communication and execution of commitments made to our clients.
Qualifications:
Experience: Minimum of 2 years in B2B account management, customer success, or sales, engaging with senior-level management. Bachelor's degree or equivalent sales/client success experience.
️ Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to deliver engaging company presentations.
Relationship Building: Proven experience in developing, maintaining, and growing customer accounts.
Problem-Solving: Strong organizational, problem-solving, and time management skills.

Salary: $55,000-70,000/annually
NOTE: This position is a remote-first hybrid position. While most of the job duties can be completed remotely, there may be instances that require your on-site presence, whether in office or for a client. Candidate must be located in the PA, NJ, NY tri-state area.
