Summary:
Must possess outstanding analytical skills, strong communication skills (both verbal and written) and a proven problem-solving capability. Responsible for timely, accurate and efficient accounting close monthly. Responsible for preparation of various financial activities including data gathering, planning, and reporting. Contribute to the annual budget process, the periodic forecast process, and other initiatives as they arise. Have the skills and confidence not only to contribute but to own processes and analyses. Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and enthusiastic presence in a team environment with the ability to lead and influence others.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
· Manage accounting operations for accounts payable and accounts receivable activities.
· Ensure accurate and timely recording of financial transactions.
· Manage day to day cashflow forecasting to ensure liquidity for operational needs. Review and approve payment requests on regular basis.
· Assist the Corporate Controller in providing financial reporting on a timely basis to enable management to make sound business decisions.
· Reconciling all Intercompany transactions in a consolidation environment
· Demonstrate teamwork by collaborating with others to improve overall standards of performance and service through continuous improvement activities.
· Coordinate with multi-site controllers to ensure month-end close is completed timely.
· Assist the Corporate Controller in the preparation of financial analysis, plans, studies, and presentations as required for management.
· Assist with information requests for corporate financial reporting, corporate tax, internal and external audit throughout the year.
· Assist with requests from the external tax advisors to complete quarterly income tax estimates and annual filings.
· Develop skills through cross training and supporting management positions
· Ensure all company accounting practices adhere to GAAP and are in compliance with all regulatory reporting requirements.

Education Requirements/Work Experience:
Bachelor's degree required. Minimum of 7 years of progressive accounting experience with a minimum of 3
years of experience in manufacturing and a minimum 4 years experience in leadership. Experience with foreign currency, consolidation, and eliminations.
Reasoning Ability:
Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists. Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form.
Computer Skills:
To perform this job successfully, an individual should have knowledge of Microsoft Suite Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint and NetSuite.
