POSITION SUMMARY:
This role provides high level administrative, training, program and claim management support and will require you to identify and resolve problems, communicate and work effectively independently and as part of a team, take initiative to maintain the momentum of the organizational requirements and exercise discretion and confidentiality. Bilingual candidates are highly preferred in this role
Responsibilities:
- Set up of new training for certifications as well as renewal of expiring certifications/licenses.
- Collaboration with all personnel to obtain necessary documentation.
- Supporting onboarding activities for divisional new hires.
- Facilitate and document weekly toolbox talks.
- Claim management, assist in drafting incident report, online claim entry, documentation.
- OSHA Log maintenance and updates.
- Driving Verification administration, annually.
- Owner and master subcontract administration to ensure contracts and associated documents are timely and accurately executed.
- DocuSign administration.
- Calendar management.
- Email review, prioritization, drafting, and follow-up.
- Meeting scheduling, preparation, participation, documentation, and follow-up.
- Workflow documentation and continuous improvement.
- Manage the integrity of shared directories and files.
Highly successful Corporate Administrator candidates possess the following knowledge, experience, and skills:
- Minimum of five years of verifiable and relevant experience.
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent and innovative technology skills including expert Microsoft Office suite including PowerPoint and Visio. Interest and experience in emerging technology tools is highly desired.
- Proficiency in construction or landscape management software strongly preferred, ideally with experience in Aspire.
- Recent and relevant contract administration experience.
- Desire to be the best in the industry and to further advance the landscape profession.
