An Established law firm is seeking a Corporate Associate Attorney-7 year partner track to add to their growing team! Ideal candidate will be motivated, professional, analytical and have relevant experience in corporate law.

Corporate Associate Attorney Requirements:

• 4+ years of relevant experience.
• Experience in business and real estate transactions, corporate, tax planning, trust and estates, business litigation, banking and finance, and intellectual property. 
• Excellent communication in writing, speaking, research and negotiations.
• Strong academic background preferred.
• Growth mindset with desire to advance in their career path
• Ability to work well as a team member in a collaborative, collegial office environment.
• Licensed in MA in good standing.
• 1800 Billable Hours required.
• 7-year Partner track for newly graduated candidates.
