Corporate Associate Attorney at The Advocates
Huntingdon Valley, PA 19006
About the Job
A highly regarded firm in Pennsylvania is seeking a corporate associate or junior partner to join their distinguished transactions team. People stay and grow their careers at this firm long-term due to their associate mentorship program, the supportive environment where everyone's voice is heard, and the firm being fiscally responsible and debt free.
The ideal candidate will have 7-13 years of experience in corporate transactions’ experience, including overseeing M&A, joint venture, and securities matters from start to finish and acting as corporate counsel on behalf of clients. You will have managed sophisticated transactions independently, interacted directly with clients, and contributed to early client development. A proven track record in handling deals from inception to completion is essential. While a book of business is a plus, it is not required.
This role offers the opportunity to work closely with leading partners and to inherit client relationships as the firm’s senior attorneys prepare for retirement. The firm fosters a supportive culture, prioritizes a work-life balance where they work to live, and provides a clear path to partnership, both non-equity and equity.
Compensation Range: $175,000 – $210,000 DOE, plus performance bonus
