Job Description:
We are seeking a Corporate Associate Attorney with 2-3 years of experience in M&A, private equity, and venture capital. This role offers the opportunity to work closely with clients and manage deals from start to finish.
Responsibilities:
Handle venture capital, private equity, and other financings.
Manage mergers and acquisitions and strategic licensing.
Conduct due diligence and prepare disclosure schedules.
Draft and negotiate acquisition and financing agreements.
Support regulatory and compliance matters.
Advise clients on commercial and licensing contracts.
Requirements:
2-3 years of experience in corporate law, private equity, and M&A.
JD degree and strong academic credentials.
Excellent communication, analytical, and negotiation skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
Member of the Massachusetts Bar.
