Corporate Associate JD Year Min 2020 - Direct Counsel, LLC

Direct Counsel seeks an exceptional corporate associate with 1-3 years of experience to join a team of corporate attorneys, representing middle market clients and capital providers on a variety of business transactions. Candidates should have a strong general corporate transactional background, including experience in one or more of the following areas: M&A, equity and debt financings, joint ventures, technology transactions and “outside GC” work. Solid experience in drafting and reviewing corporate documentation is required. Excellent academic credentials, as well as strong written, interpersonal and communication skills are required. Our corporate clients include public and private companies, high net worth individuals, and family offices. They span a diverse range of industries, including consumer products, technology/media/telecom, entertainment, food and beverage, financial services and manufacturing/distribution.
