Job Details
Our client is seeking a Corporate Attorney with a strong desire to grow their Business and Corporate practice Business and Corporate Law. They offer a great platform for an ambitious, entrepreneurial attorney with experience in the following areas: business formation and succession planning, corporate governance, mergers & acquisitions, securities and corporate finance, and contracts and corporate agreements. Ideally, we seek someone barred in PA and/or NJ; LLM in Taxation is plus. While a book of business is preferred, it is not a requirement.
