Corporate Attorney Requirements:
- 3+ years of relevant experience
- Experience in business and real estate transactions, corporate, tax planning, trust and estates, business litigation, family law, banking and finance, and intellectual property.
- Excellent communication in writing, speaking, research and negotiations.
- Strong academic background preferred from ABA approved law school
- Growth mindset with desire to advance in their career path
- Ability to work well as a team member in a collaborative, collegial office environment
- Licensed in CA in good standing
