About the Job
Prestige Fleet Services is a fleet service provider specializing in onsite fleet maintenance. We are looking for a Corporate Coach Trainer to assist mobile technicians to develop and cultivate their skills and knowledge to perform successfully in their roles. You will provide complete training to share your expertise in ways that will motivate and coach others.
Our corporate trainer will coach and train mobile technicians through mentorship and continuous training. The goal is to promote efficiency, competitive advantage and retention by training on technical processes and developing skills utilizing coaching, mentoring and continuous training.

Base pay $80K-$100K plus bonuses.

Day Range:
Our corporate trainer will coach and train mobile technicians through mentorship and continuous training. The goal is to promote efficiency, competitive advantage and retention by training on technical processes and developing skills utilizing coaching, mentoring and continuous training.
Responsibilities
- Liaise with managers to determine training needs and critique training sessions
- Responsible for managing high volume training groups
- Create, design and develop effective training programs which includes continuous training.
- Develop and maintain Standard Operation Procedures (SOPs) as it pertains to training.
- Conducts weekly training classes in group training sessions.
- Prepare educational material such as modules, PowerPoint presentations summaries, videos
- Supports and mentors’ new employees through continuous training
- Maintains training records, progress reports and other data
- Develops a process to measure performance of technicians and documents and promotes successes in training program
- Monitor employee performance and response to training
- Responsible for contribution to retention in successfully training and retaining technicians.
- Conducts evaluations to identify areas of opportunity for improvement
- Self-starter and reports to HR Manager
Requirements and skills
- Strong mechanical and technical diesel skills and knowledge required.
- Possess thorough safety knowledge
- Understanding of effective teaching methodologies
- Ability to coach and mentor technicians
- Willingness to keep abreast of new techniques in corporate teaching
- Proficient in MS Office (esp. Powerpoint) and other learning software.
- Excellent communication, presentation and public speaking skills
- Organizational and time management abilities
- Critical thinking and decision making
- Bachelor’s degree in related field or equivalent work experience
- Experience as corporate trainer preferred
- Experience with FullBay software preferred
