Summary:
Responsible for delivering colleague communications for the Consumer and Business Banking organization, using a variety of communication channels. Assists in supporting designated lines of business, regional and corporate communication efforts while following Huntington guidelines and brand. Assists in the strategic development and implementation of Consumer and Business Banking communication plans, including special campaigns/initiatives, announcements, and projects. Maintains strong relationships with key partners across a variety of business segments to anticipate and support communication needs and offer customized solutions
Duties & Responsibilities:
+ Write and edit communications for large groups of colleagues leveraging multiple channels.
+ Assists in develop and execute communication plans for multiple lines of business.
+ Assists in supporting CBB Executive leadership by providing scripts for calls and email communications.
+ Attend partner meetings to anticipate and support communication needs and offer customized solutions
+ Performs other duties as assigned
Basic Qualifications:
+ Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Public Relations, English or related field
+ 1-2 years of related experience, including writing and editing communications
Preferred Qualifications:
+ With supervision can deliver complex information verbally and in writing with a clear, concise, and organized style
+ Able to collaborate with partners or work independently
+ Possesses good time management and organizational skills.
+ Able to perform in fast-paced environment and hold yourself accountable to meet ambitious deadlines
+ With supervision can deliver specialized, high quality, detail-oriented work
+ Possesses creative thinking, critical thinking and problem-solving skills
+ Responsive, resourceful, and self-motivated
+ Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
