Job Details
Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage all financial operations, including the monthly and quarterly closing processes, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with accounting standards.
- Oversee transactional services such as Order to Cash (OTC), Record to Report (R2R), and Procure to Pay (P2P), with a focus on continuous process improvement.
- Implement and manage financial systems and controls to maintain the integrity of financial data and ensure regulatory compliance.
- Collaborate with the product and engineering teams to ensure the financial integration of our SaaS platform, optimizing revenue recognition, billing processes, and cost management.
- Manage the financial aspects of new product launches, business expansions, and strategic initiatives, ensuring alignment with company goals and financial objectives.
- Work closely with C-suite executives, providing strategic financial advice and regular updates on key financial metrics and company performance.

Ensure the accuracy and integrity of financial data across multiple platforms, including ERP systems, CRM tools, and custom SaaS solutions.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; CPA certification is highly preferred.
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in financial management, with at least 5 years in a managerial role overseeing financial operations in a SaaS or tech environment.
- Extensive experience in high-transaction environments, with a focus on the retail, logistics, or e-commerce sectors.
- Strong understanding of SaaS business models, revenue recognition principles, and financial reporting requirements.
- Proficiency in financial software and ERP systems, with strong analytical and data management skills.
- Strategic thinker with a deep understanding of financial regulations and accounting principles, particularly in a SaaS context.
