Corporate Controller – Lebanon, PA
The Opportunity
Our client is an $80MM family-owned manufacturing business with significant growth plans ahead who has engaged us to identify a Corporate Controller for their Lebanon, PA location.
This position reports to the CFO and is responsible for managing all accounting functions, including team leadership, financial reporting, and ERP implementation.
Responsibilities include:
- Oversee daily accounting, payroll, and banking operations, managing a team of 5.
- Lead the upcoming ERP transition from Great Plains to Microsoft Dynamics 365.
- Ensure compliance with GAAP, producing accurate financial statements, balance sheets, and cash flow reports.
- Conduct internal audits, risk assessments, and improve financial controls.
Qualifications include:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Business Administration (CPA and/or MBA preferred).
- 5-10 years of experience in public accounting and with a manufacturing company.
- Strong leadership and supervisory skills to guide a small team.
- Proficiency in accounting software, especially Great Plains, and advanced Microsoft Office Suite skills.
