Corporate Controller - Ledgent Finance & Accounting

Responsibilities
Develop and implement financial policies, procedures, and internal controls to safeguard
company assets.
* Responsible for month-end close ensuring timeliness and adherence to the closing calendar.
* Work closely with FP&A to manage actual reporting compared to the budget and forecast
projections.
* Providing strategic financial guidance to support business objectives.
* Supervise and mentor the finance team, fostering a high-performance culture and promoting
professional development.
* Collaborate with department heads to analyze and optimize operational costs, identifying
opportunities for efficiency and improvements.
* Manage relationships with external and bank auditors, ensuring smooth audit processes and
compliance with regulatory requirements.
* Monitor cash flow, liquidity, and financial risk, implementing strategies to enhance to
company's financial positions.
* Provide ad hoc reports as deemed necessary
* Other duties as assigned.

Requirements
* BA/BS degree in Accounting or Finance
* CPA designation preferred
* 5-7 years of experience as a Controller
* Strong knowledge of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP) and financial reporting
Exceptional leadership and communication skills, with the ability to work collaboratively
across departments.
* Strong experience with ERP system and proficient with Microsoft Excel.
* Manufacturing or Distribution or Healthcare Distribution experience - (needs to have one of these) - REQUIRED
* Warehousing experience
* Medical
