Corporate Financial Planner / Financial Analyst
Position Overview:
Our client is seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Financial Corporate Budget Manager to join our finance team. This role will be responsible for handling corporate budgets, collaborating closely with the technology team, and building Sales KPIs and dashboards. The ideal candidate will have experience with product and service companies, a strong understanding of GAAP accounting, and proficiency in Netsuite and OpenAir.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, manage, and oversee corporate budgets to ensure financial stability and efficiency.
- Collaborate with the technology team to integrate financial data and support technological advancements.
- Create and maintain Sales KPIs and dashboards to monitor and improve sales performance.
- Assist in the monthly closing of books, ensuring accuracy and timeliness in financial reporting.
- Utilize Netsuite and OpenAir for financial management and reporting.
- Analyze financial data to identify trends, variances, and areas for improvement.
- Provide financial insights and recommendations to support business decisions and strategic planning.
- Ensure compliance with GAAP accounting principles and standards.
- Prepare and present financial reports to the VP of Finance and other stakeholders.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; MBA or CPA is a plus.
- Proven experience in financial management, preferably in a product and service company.
- Strong understanding of GAAP accounting principles.
- Proficiency in using Netsuite and OpenAir for financial management.
- Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with various teams.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
- Experience in building and managing Sales KPIs and dashboards.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other financial analysis tools.
