Operational Services is looking for a Corporate Housing Coordinator to join our team. As a Housing Coordinator, you will be a relocation specialist sourcing high-quality housing options for our traveling medical providers. The role requires negotiating with vendors to provide the best experience for our providers while maximizing gross margin. You will work closely with sales teams, providers, financial management, and third-party vendors. This role requires a deep understanding of rental markets, lease contracts, and property management. This role will report to Corporate Housing Leadership.
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate housing for traveling providers, which includes sourcing accommodations through Salesforce and web-based research, arranging furniture, housewares, setting up utilities, TV services, and internet to ensure housing is turn-key ready for the providers' arrival.
- Create and review legal housing contracts to ensure proper lease terms, penalties, transfer clauses, deposits, monthly rental amounts, security deposits, and any other payments or legalities involved.
- Negotiate with property vendors to eliminate security deposits, lower rent amounts, reduce lease terms, eliminate fees/penalty clauses, etc.
- Manages a large property rental portfolio by using a set of systems and processes to ensure a high-quality housing experience for providers and clients.
- Create tasks and work with the Corporate Housing Billing Specialist to get payments, client invoices, and provider pay deductions processed by certain deadlines.
Qualifications:
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, Workday, Salesforce, video conferencing software, and can seamlessly transition between web-based and computer applications.
- Strong problem solving, negotiation, and decision-making skills in a fast-paced team environment, which requires strong time management and multitasking abilities.
- Demonstrates a growth mindset, coachability, active listening skills, effectively communicates in stressful situations, and respect for others.
- Guarantees that housing expenses are managed within the parameters of sales team and client budgets.
Education & Years of Experience:
- 2-4 years of work experience in corporate housing, property management, administrative, and/or real estate.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
Preferred:
- Experience in corporate housing, property management, administrative, and/or real estate.
We believe in fair compensation for all of our people, which is why our pay structure takes into account the cost of labor across U.S. geographic markets. For this position, we offer a pay range of $36,795-- $89,107 annually, with pay varying depending on work location and job-related factors such as knowledge, position level and experience. CHG Healthcare offers starting salaries for sales positions in the form of total target compensation (TTC = base + commission + bonus), which includes base pay, commission, and bonuses. Sales positions receive short-term incentives through commission plans and bonuses. On the other hand, non-sales positions have starting salaries that consist of a base salary and short-term incentives through various bonus plans, which are paid out monthly, quarterly, or annually.
