Join a Dynamic Human Resource team!!! Dynamic Dies has an outstanding opportunity for a Human Resource Professional with experience in payroll, recruiting and employee relations. This position will be responsible for multiple functions so they will have the opportunity to make an impact in the company and within their career.
Dynamic Dies, Inc. is an employee focused company and HR supports this team effort. This position will be involved with
- Recruiting oversee first level recruiting including job posting, phone screens, background checks and preparing all onboarding materials.
- Employee Relations responsible for employee newsletter and corporate employee events
- Payroll input weekly payroll via paychex system, run all relevant payroll reports, input all payroll data and maintain all employee files
- Medical handle all monthly ancillary benefit billings, cobra administration and assist employees with benefit questions.
- Wellness assist with wellness programs.

We are seeking applicants who have 2+ years' work experience supporting the human resource function in payroll, employee relations and recruiting along with a degree in related area and/or HR certification. Must be employee-focused and have initiative to always seek to find a better way to support the human resource function within the company.
