Position Overview:

What you will be doing?
- The company is a cloud services solutions organization that helps clients with transmitting medical records/files, using different products and services that are offered.
- We are seeking a candidate who can field inbound calls and real-time web leads from small to medium sized businesses within the healthcare (predominately), financial, educational and government.
- You will take a consultative sales approach with IT managers, directors and consultants; business owners, office managers, doctors, clinical staff, referral partners and resellers. Occasionally you will need to be conversant with VP-level executives in both verbal and emailed correspondences.
- Take inbound calls and real-time web leads from potential clients in a fast paced environment.
- The ability to build rapport is essential.
- Apply a consultative sales approach by investigating the client’s pain points, educating them on the different platforms as a Service (PaaS) we offer, and draft and email formal quotes.
- Record all interactions in Salesforce and continuously follow up with all inquiries via outbound calls, Zoom meetings and emails.
- Manage a lead and sales pipeline via Salesforce to ensure high conversion rates while maintaining accurate data.
- Guide customers through the sign-up process and onboarding of their services.
- Advance within our Channel/Referral/Reseller team; becoming proficient in contract negotiations to secure high-value deals within the healthcare, education and government sector.
Qualifications:
- High School diploma or GED equivalent
- Previous experience with Excel a plus
- Experience in retail or hospitality a plus
- Sales experience in a technology business a plus
- Strong written and oral communication is a big plus
