About the Role:
The Hours for this position are 10:30am to 7:30pm.
Summary
Responsible for daily operations of Glacier Bancorp's centralized data center for item processing for its subsidiary banks. This includes keying and balancing of all incoming branch capture and inclearing work and assisting tellers with capture questions and transaction deletions.
This is a Corporate position located in Helena, MT. The entry rate of pay for this position is $14.23per hour (calculated for Helena, MT).
All compensation offers are analyzed individually and take into consideration multiple factors including but not limited to geographic location, years of experience, and educational background.
Description
• Take inbound calls to assist branches with teller capture questions and deletion of transactions.
• Accurately balance each run by 7:30pm daily.
• Print daily balancing reports. Verify each run is in balance to prevent errors for Computer Operators. Verify GL entries are to the proper division.
• Print all preventable errors for the supervisor daily. Pull fax and/or email notifications from banks to ensure that all transactions are worked.
• Must comply with all company policies and procedures and all applicable laws and regulations, including but not limited to, the Bank Secrecy Act, the Patriot Act, and the Office of Foreign Assets Control. Must complete the assigned online training courses and achieve a passing score by due date.
