Position Overview: We are looking for an attorney with 4 to 10 years of experience in complex business transactions, corporate law, and mergers and acquisitions. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in drafting and negotiating key legal documents and a strong understanding of corporate structures.

Key Responsibilities:

• Draft and negotiate stock purchase agreements, asset purchase agreements, and limited liability company operating agreements.
• Prepare joint venture documents, sales agreements, and various other contracts.
• Provide legal advice on complex business and corporate matters.
• Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and develop effective legal strategies.

Qualifications:

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.
• 4 to 10 years of relevant experience in business, corporate, and M&A law.
• Strong drafting and negotiation skills with a detail-oriented approach.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
