$240,000 to $315,000&

We are seeking experienced corporate transactional attorneys for our offices in Delaware, Florida, Maryland, New Jersey, New York, and Texas. Ideal candidates should have a minimum of 4 years of experience in corporate law, mergers and acquisitions, fund formation, finance, and/or securities. Bar admission in the applicable jurisdiction is required. Candidates must possess strong academic credentials and excellent oral and written communication skills. We offer a competitive starting salary, ranging from $240,000 to $315,000, based on experience.
