How you'll make an impact:We are hiring for a Corporate Meeting Program Coordinator on our Corporate Team!
This role will assist with managing the meetings program at Gallagher as well as assisting with the attendee management for a large corporate meeting.
Responsibilities include:
- Review contracts, ensuring events are approved and within budget
- Assist and enforce meeting and events policy and process
- Maintain corporate meeting and events calendar
- Input information into Cvent system
- Create registration websites, consolidate and reconcile invitation lists and send out invitations within Cvent
- Handle attendee registrations and travel reporting
- Book car service
- Source event venues
- Occasional travel to events/site visits
- Monitor group inbox
Required:
- High school diploma or equivalent; minimum of 2-year business experience.
- Proficient in PowerPoint and Excel.
- Excellent interpersonal skills both in person and by phone, with high professionalism.
- Excellent organization skills and experience with project management.
Preferred:
- 2+ years of experience in meeting and event planning or sourcing
- Vendor management experience.
- Experience with Cvent.
- Strong Excel skills
