Corporate or Estate Planning Legal Assistant - Tacoma, WA - Robert Half

Description Well-established and reputable Tacoma law firm is seeking an experienced legal assistant to join their team. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in supporting our attorneys in their estate planning or corporate practice groups. You will join a team of experienced attorneys and support staff with excellent work culture and retention of their employees. Responsibilities include: + Provide diligent support to attorneys in the areas of corporate or estate planning + Draft legal documents + Open and close client matters, maintain client files + Proofread documents for content and accuracy + Schedule meetings and maintain attorney calendars + Process incoming mail and deliveries, scan and photocopy projects, and maintain client files + Meet with clients to receive and/or assist with the signing of documents while maintaining the confidentiality of attorney-client relationship Compensation and Benefits: The salary range for this position is $55,000 to $70,000. This position is eligible for an annual discretionary bonus. Benefits available with this position include medical, dental and vision; life and disability insurance; transportation stipend; participation in the company's 401(k) plan with 3%+ match and 10 days of paid vacation, 9 days of paid sick leave and 10paid holidays per calendar year.
