Global Financial Firm located in New York, NY has an immediate contract opportunity for an experienced Corporate Paralegal
"This role is currently on a Hybrid Schedule.
You will need to have reliable internet, computer and android or iphone for remote access into the client systems during remote work.
We will be expected in the office weekly 3 days depending on the team requirement.

Pay rate range: $ 58.00 - $ 68.00 Negotiable based upon years of experience

Corporate paralegal
- Corporate paralegal with 7+ years of experience in maintenance of corporate records for a large financial institution.
- Serve as project manager for paralegal team as the team supports a year+ review/remediation of corporate records for more than 50 entities, including broker-dealer entity.
- Provide interim overflow support of paralegal team in management of entities, including coordinating with lead remediation attorney, legal entity attorneys.
- College degree or equivalent
- 7+ years of experience in financial services
- Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel are necessary, iManage experience a plus.
