Role: Corporate Paralegal
Location: NY 388 (3 days Onsite - Hybrid)
Must be able to work on W2 without Sponsorship

JD: Corporate paralegal with 7+ years of experience in maintenance of corporate records for a large financial institution. Serve as project manager for paralegal team as the team supports a year+ review/remediation of corporate records for more than 50 entities, including broker-dealer entity. Provide interim overflow support of paralegal team in management of entities, including coordinating with lead remediation attorney, legal entity attorneys.
1. College degree or equivalent
2. 7+ years of experience in financial services
3. Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel are necessary, iManage experience a plus.
Pay Range: $60 - $65/hour on W2 (Slightly negotiable)
The specific compensation for this position will be determined by a number of factors, including the scope, complexity and location of the role as well as the cost of labor in the market; the skills, education, training, credentials and experience of the candidate; and other conditions of employment.
