About the Job
JOB DESCRIPTION:
- Management of CVA parts kits and CVA reimbursements
- Service work order backorder management assistance
- Check vendor invoices for part and freight posting with mark ups. Code invoices for payment.
- Assist in helping internal and external customers’ request or questions on the status of their order (s).
- Assist in helping customers at the Parts Office COD window. Includes processing payments for COD orders.
- Support the Parts Administrative Team to complete pertinent responsibilities if other personnel within the office is not at work. Responsible for cross-training new hires.
- Reduce and maintain the abandoned call rate to meet company goals in abandoned call percentage.
- Process the cash log and register.
- Process parts orders once credit approval is complete.
- Help create new customer accounts in D365 as needed.
- Enter all COD notes in D365 for counter documents as needed.
RECOMMENDED QUALIFICATIONS:
- High School Diploma or equivalent required.
- Minimum 2 years of clerical experience and/or equivalent combination of training and experience which provides the required knowledge, skills, and abilities.
- Experience with Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word, D365, SIS and other position related software.
- Previous Caterpillar or industry experience, a plus.
