The Corporate Project Engineer will be responsible for planning, executing, and overseeing engineering projects within our manufacturing facilities
This role will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget
The ideal candidate will possess strong technical skills, project management experience, and a passion for continuous improvement.Key Responsibilities:Project Management:Lead and manage engineering projects from conception to completion.Develop project plans, timelines, and budgets; monitor progress and adjust as needed.Coordinate with internal stakeholders, including operations, quality assurance, and supply chain.Technical Expertise:Provide technical support and guidance for engineering design and process improvements.Analyze project requirements and develop technical specifications.Ensure compliance with industry standards, safety regulations, and company policies.Collaboration and Communication:Foster effective communication among project teams and departments.Present project updates to senior management and stakeholders.Collaborate with external vendors and contractors as necessary.Continuous Improvement:Identify opportunities for process optimization and efficiency enhancements.Implement best practices in project execution and engineering processes.Participate in root cause analysis and problem-solving initiatives.Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Industrial, Chemical, or related field).Minimum of 8 years of experience in project engineering or management, preferably in the food and beverage industry.Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes and engineering principles.Proficiency in project management tools and software (e.g., MS Project, Primavera).Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.PMP or similar project management certification is a plus.Discipline(s): EngineeringJob type: Permanent
