About the Job
Summary of Position:
• Responsible for all receptionist duties for the entire Store Support Center, i.e. answering incoming telephone calls on the main switchboard, receiving all guests entering the main office and handling various other administrative projects.
Principal Duties and Responsibilities:
• Answer all incoming telephone calls on the corporate switchboard and forward such calls appropriately.
• Greet all guests entering the main office and notify appropriate personnel.
• Manage visitor and contractor security access badges, as well as auditing daily.
• Assist with various departments’ clerical work.
• Provide courteous customer service to all incoming calls, visitors, and associates.
• Coordinate and maintain supplies for dry cleaning service.
• Prepares birthday cards and birthday lunch vouchers for Store Support Center associates.
Minimum Requirements/Qualifications:
• Previous experience on a switchboard.
• Computer skills with experience in Microsoft Office products and Teams.
• Customer Service experience.
Desired Qualifications:
• Receptionist experience in Corporate environment.
